Hi everyone, it's been awhile , I dislocated my wrist and fractured my ulna, radius, and 5 small bones in my left hand back on July 1st. Dr said it would be in a cast for 6 weeks, well it's almost 4 weeks, the pins come out on Monday, so hopefully he will not put the cast back on so that I can create my creepy bride.
Well I have some awesome news my Ardat Lili was published in the Art Doll Quarterly on page 63,and 73. There are alot of well known talented artists in this issue, congrats to all artists.
I really miss my art creation and photography, I do not wish this on anyone.

I've broken my left ulna and one wrist bone in a fall, but these were green stick fractures. I hope you just get a small support so you can start regaining the muscles of your hand. Congratulation on getting your doll published in that issue. I have a copy.
ReplyDeleteHi, hopefully on Monday I will get good news that they will not have to put the cast back on after removing 5 pins, and that it is healing right. I want so badly to get back to creating my art dolls and photography.I miss it so, it's a part of who I am.

Uggg.... pins! So sorry but congrats on the publishing, so deserving :D I still have yet to get the magazine so I can take a peek. I looked at JoAnns while there this past weekend but they were out :(
ReplyDeleteHi, how have ya been. Went to the Doctors today and they desided not to take the pins out yet, he said it was healing good. I'm so looking foward to this cast coming off on the 17th if things look good.
